We can give simple phone quotes by phone or we can provide a pet odor inspection which is a fee based service for properties being sold, purchased, rented or has been already treated.This service includes an itemized estimate, inspection, & summary report of the work that needs to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually recommend new home buyers start out by hiring us to complete a pet odor inspection before hiring us to do the job! This evaluation is fee based and depending on the terms we can apply part or all of it towards the final cost of the job!
