I have use Fetch several times for the care of my two, now three dogs. I have a 15 year old Lhasa and 5 year old lab mix. Brownie likes to stay at home. Valerie from Fetch has watched him and my 5 year old Jasmine several times when we go out of town. Jasmine is very shy but she adores Valerie. The in house care is so much better for my dogs They are not " strange" when we return and most importantly, they have not picked up any kennel disease - pink eye, runs etc I now have a new puppy.. a surprise puppy. Fetch sitter Beth was able to take her home ... where she was with Beth all day. No long day in the cage for her. She did not regress in her house breaking. I recommend Fetch to all my friends !

Beth and her team of dog sitters are amazing! One of Beth's sitters Alaine is so attentive and has treated my 2 Boston Terriers as if they were her own. I know when I go out of town that Alaine will show up to let them out, feed them and give them lots of hugs and play time. I also love the text messages and voicemails when she visits to assure me that Pugsley & Pebbles are doing fine. Upon my return home, I also love reading the daily log she fills out every visit. I couldn't feel more confident with Beth and her team at Fetch Pet than if it were my own family caring for the dogs. You won't be disappointed when you choose Beth and her team to care for you little furry family members:)

Fetch Pet Sitting looked after my Bulldog and 2 Kitty Cats while we took a 14 day vacation over the Christmas and New Year Holiday Season. I typically take my dog to a kennel however he is getting up there in years I and would have worried while away. Fetch set up an initial meeting in my home where the 2 sitters came and met my animals and got all the information they needed to take good care of my animals. I provided them with a key each, and on the day of my departure received a text message letting me know they would be there later on that day and to have a great vacation. During my vacation, I received a text from home giving me a quick update on the status. Which allowed me to really relax. Upon my return I found the animals content and happy. The house was left very tidy, the mail had been taken care of, and most of all my pets were all in great shape. In fact - I think they were a little disappointed when we walked through the door rather than the pet sitters - they were completely spoiled while I was away. I fully intend on using Fetch Pet Sitting again and would highly recommend this service to anyone who has pets. They were professional and very thorough, and they obviously have a deep affection for animals as demonstrated by how my pets were upon arrival home. I had the service come to my house 3 times a day - since I was gone for so long. I think the service was good value for money - I would have paid as much to Kennel my Dogs and pay a neighbors kid to look after my cats. Peace of mind - Priceless.

Fetch! Pet Care is a wonderful service! We were called away on a family emergency and our regular pet sitter was away on vacation. I contacted Fetch! Pet Care and the staff could not have been more accomodating. They dispatched a pet sitter out immediately to meet our very large (and spoiled!) dog. Sensing my concern, the pet sitter would call with periodic updates about Max. He was doing wonderfully and my mind was at ease to handle the family task. Fetch! Pet Care was dependable , reliable and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use their services again and I would recommend them to all my family or friends who require pet services. They were wonderful!!!

I used Fetch Pet Care of Pittsburgh for the first time during a difficult time. I was already distraught and having to leave "my girls" made matters worse. One of my girls is a diabetic and requires insulin injections twice a day. She also had cataracts and was blind. So I needed a place that could handle a special needs pooch. Beth took both my girls into her own home so they could receive the attention they needed. While I was away, Beth sent pictures of my girls to my cell phone so I could see that they were doing just fine. It made a difficult time bearable. I try to take my girls with me whenever I travel, but if I ever have to leave them again, I know I'll be asking Beth to be the one to care for them.

We charge by the time frame, not the number or type of pets you have. Visits start at $15 for 15 minutes. $20 for 30 minutes. $25 for 45 minutes. $30 for 60 minutes, and so on.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always do a free "meet and greet" whether we are coming to your home or you are coming to ours for private boarding. We provide a lot of information for you and connect you with a sitter that is perfect for you and your pets that lives in your area!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We educate our team on proper dog walking techniques, leashes, collars or harnesses that would work best for each type and size of dog. We teach them animal safety, behaviors and personalities. We offer Pet CPR and First Aid classes to all of our sitters.
