- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will meet your dedicated loving professional in the comfort of your home, where your pets will remain while you are away. House Calls customers receive a personal pet sitter who remains the same with each pet care service request as often as possible. Upon request, pet sitter references from clients who have used her services over and over again can be provided. A contingency plan is in place in the event of a pet sitters or dog walkers vacation, illness or emergency. If a pet emergency arises, we will notify you and your veterinarian to receive further instructions. We are Bonded, Licensed, Insured and members of Pet Sitters International. House Calls is a tender loving professional pet sitting service.
