- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My wife and I take the time to talk to potential clients so we understand their needs. We work with them to set a price that's fair for all involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we find out the clients needs and have set a price, we'll email a contract. This will help everyone get on the same page. Its important to have the day, time, location and the services written out. Chio Chip Photography requires a 50% deposit the day the contract is signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the photographic industry for 28 years. I started shooting many years before the digital days. Photographing any subject can be challenging, but shooting film without screen to check my work was much more difficult. This helped me understand how to get a proper exposure, and not ever shoot on AUTO. This can be the difference in a image you like and one you LOVE. My wife and I work hard to get the best our of our photo shoot and to always provide our clients with images they will cherish for years to come.
