- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every single photo organizing project is different and every client needs a different level of service. I do have set hourly rates for certain projects, but am always flexible in working with my clients and within their budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first interaction with any potential client is a 20-30 minute phone call to listen & learn what troubles they're having with their photos and/or what photo project they're interested in completing. Once I hear their needs, I'm happy to share how I can help and I present them with a plan to move forward. I assure them they're now in capable hands and we WILL get their photo project completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my personal photo organizing certification through the Association of Personal Photo Organizers in 2012 and continue to learn new skills through the webinars, classes & conferences they provide.
