Introduction: I do not consider myself just a pet sitter. I consider myself a Caretaker of your child (your pet). I fully understand all animals, and my experience shows that. There has been many times when an animal walked through my door very timid/shy/scared, and by the end of the visit - they didn't want to leave! I am ethical, fair, and I understand the importance of my service to you and your pet. I love what I do. I love interacting with dogs, cats, and every animal. I enjoy forming a bond, and learning their personalities. I thrive on figuring out what makes each one tick. I believe animals are just like people. I enjoy forming friendships with my clients (animals and owners), and I enjoy the time I get to spend with the kids. My job is fulfilling, and I'm thankful I am able to do what I know best. Animals are a large part of my life. I am an avid advocate for animal rights and rescue groups. I understand what it feels to leave your pet, and go on a trip. It's a void, and can make a person feel uneasy and actually terrified. We provide daily updates on your pet via email and text. We include pictures and video as well.

My somewhat unpredictable Scottie received excellent care from Bob and Caitlyn for three weeks. I especially appreciated meeting Bob to discuss my pet's history and behavior prior to his stay, as well as touring the home facility. At Bob's suggestion, I took the dog for a day's stay before his lengthy boarding to get him used to his new surroundings. The updates and photos put me ease while I was away and demonstrated the quality care my pet was receiving. This was by far the best boarding stay my pet received.

Took excellent care of my pets. Very flexible with scheduling and reasonably priced. The employee who came to take care of my pets was extremely thorough and sent detailed text messages after each visit, explaining what was done and describing the perceived well-being of my pets.

Bob took care of my Parakeet Roxy for 4 days at his house facility for boarding. He did an excellent job of caring for him. When we got Roxy he was happy and chirping!! Cage clean and paper changed, food changed. I am so happy to find someone who boards birds and is so professional and caring!! If you need someone to take care of your Bird, Bob is it!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!Home is very clean and was warm and comforting!!!He seems to really care!!!!(-:

Bob and co took care of my lovebird, Kaia, for about 4 weeks, and she came back as happy and healthy as ever! They really did a good job socializing her, as well, as she normally doesn't like people, but she loves them! Bob was also willing to go the extra mile and give my bird all sorts of fresh fruits while I was away to maintain her complete diet. She even got a whole room to herself set up for birds! I will definitely use their services again for both my bird and my dog.

Boarding: $35.00 per day for one dog , For 2 dogs: $55.00 per day Daycare: $26.00 per day: Packages Available!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to have a meeting with the pet and owner. The owner can then see our home, and facilities. Our home is built around dogs, and safety is our number one concern. We discuss all the pet's needs, feedings, medications, health problems, emergency contacts, etc.. We collect an abundance of information so are well informed on your pet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in Canine/Feline CPR Certified in Emergency Pet Critical Care Experienced with dogs and cats of all breeds, and all spans of life. Experienced with timid and shy dogs.
