FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do alot of plumbing repair jobs. We get alot of clogged drains that we have to fix and clean. Sometimes we have to break out the camera and run it down the pipe to see why the pipes are clogged. I also do alot of water heater repairs/installation and stuff like that. There are also alot of people who are doing away with your regular water heaters and converting over to the tankless heaters. I honestly recommend converting over to a tankless water heater. I don't ever get call backs to come out and fix them so they are built really good and they are also more efficient and don't take up near the room a regular water heater does.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would look for reliability 1st. If the guy does not keep you informed of when he is gonna show up then that is a red flag right at the beginning. Then I would look for Professionalism. You want the job to be done right and you want someone who is an expert. Quality is number 1 when it comes to money. If you get a really good price and the quality is poor then you will end up paying double to get it redone by another plumber! Then I would look for Price. Everyone needs a good price and everyone wants a deal. You just got to make sure that the deal is not to good because that deal is really not a deal at all. Its a way to set your self up for disaster!!! Sometimes you get what you pay for and alot of times when the deal is too good you get what you where scared of! And that's a plumber who cuts alot of corners to do a low budget job which means your plumbing could easily fail because the guy didn't do everything that the job and code requires. When getting a Plumber I recommend looking up some reviews on the service before you hire them.
