Introduction: We do things a little differently at A Good Plumber llc. Our philosophy is to provide our customers with the knowledge they need to perform general maintenance on there plumbing system. We want to do the things you can't do and show you how to do the things you can do so you don't have to pay for everyday minor repairs or maintenance. We also offer specialized services in wholes house & point-of-use Water Filtration, Mold Inspection & Remediation, gas piping and more. I am often humbled by the needs of my community and proud that we are able to help create a more sustainable community through our services and contributions. Having spent all of my adult life, and a good portion of my youth in the plumbing trade, I get a great deal of personal gratification from assisting others with the skills and knowledge I have acquired.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First hour of service is $95, $75 thereafter. Contract labor rates available for projects, 10% discount for senior citizens, military veterans, disabled persons, and current military service personnel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am happy to take any inquiry from new customers. It generally only takes one call tot determine if A Good Plumber llc is the right person for a particular need. As a very small business, I can't serve everyone that calls but I will assure anyone the service you receive from A Good Plumber will be the best Asheville has to offer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NC Class1 Plumbing license including gas piping since 1994, Certified in Mold Inspection & Mold Remediation, Fully Accredited & Licensed GreenPlumbers USA, Certified Trainer GreenPlumbers USA Core Curriculum, Water Filtration specialist & authorized installer for H2O Easy Filtration Products.
