FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our "normal" customer usually has 2 dogs and requests weekly service. Depending on the size of your dog would reflect how many times we would recommend servicing your yard monthly. We offer as much as 2 times weekly or just once a month! Over the past 5 years I have noticed that their are 3-4 types of customers. 1) The mom that just had a newborn baby. 2) The elderly that rely on Poop Patrollers to look after their yards. 3) The people that are too busy to do it themselves. 4) The people that straight up don't want to do it themselves! Don't get me wrong, we appreciate everybody's business so we don't judge.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
OMG! We had the house of all houses this past year! Im not going to mention any names or where it was at, but I am going to say they had 7 dogs and didn't pick up the entire winter! 4 scoopers and 2 days later they were poop free! This house would have gotten us on the TV show Dirty Jobs for sure! They were very appreciative and actually referred several customers our way!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When it comes to Spring Clean ups we ask that your yard be snow free! This will ensure that we get every last piece of that you know what. Poop will get stuck in and under the snow leaving you a nice surprise when everything finally melts. It is OK however if stay on a regular service plan so we end up picking it all up anyway! For example, if we scoop your yard that is 90% grass 10% snow the first week, we will scoop the stuff we missed on our return visits!
