Introduction: We are preparing student-athletes beyond athletics!
We are a Georgia certified non-profit organization committed to providing student-athletes (youths ages 5 through 18) in Georgia's Newton, Rockdale, and surrounding counties with opportunities to strive toward and achieve their maximum potential in their athletic abilities, character, and academics.
The Cornerstone Track and Athletic Association, Inc. currently provides the following programs:
- Track and field team
- Cross country team
- Strength and conditioning sessions
- Bodybuilding training for teens and adults
- Weightlifting training for teens and adults
- Workshops for parents and student-athletes
- Workshops and clinics for coaches, officials, and volunteers officials
- Darkness to Light's Stewards of Children: Child sexual abuse prevention training
