I stay on top of design programs & social media by taking courses from local professionals in similar fields.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The computer is a tool, like a pencil or ruler is to mathematics. It does not do the work for you. There is a great deal of skill involved and a Professional Graphic Designer can use them to the best of their abilities to "solve your problems".
