As we do customized menu planning we do customized pricing as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off by getting a flavor profile finding out the clients individual needs and then creating a menu for each individual client. Submit your email address the flavor profile will be forwarded and you will be contacted from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only do I have 30 years in the trenches but I also have an associates degree in culinary arts and management
