- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
i recently had a family that was having a dinner party, a few of the guests had gluten allergies. I made a leek galette, pea tendril salad, roasted quail, hemp seed falafel salad, and vegan roasted carrots with dill cashew creme, they were in love.
