- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour for assignments that are more then a single event and as follows for those that are not: Event requiring uniform /equipment for 1-4 hours 65.00, more then 4 hours 5-10 hours 140.00. Event not requiring uniform / equipment for 8 hours 100.00. Pricing does depend on location and requirements of assignment post in some instances.

SIPOC Process- Support the customer experience Input the information used to execute the customers request Process the value added steps to perform the work required Output the product, service or information sent to the customer Customer fulfillment and satisfaction of performance provided
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed all BSIS courses required by the state and carry State issued Guard Card, CPR / First Aid / AED certified, Trained in medical and behavioral apprehension and assistance through LAFD MAB certified, Trained in use and techniques of arrest for handcuffs and handcuffing, Trained by the DOJ in the use of Oleoresin Capsicum and certified.
