Call any time to schedule your inspection or if you have a question 563-380-2515 My home inspection prices includes: Thorough investigation of the home from top to bottom Electrical system Plumbing system Heating/Cooling systems Thermal Imaging of the home Gas detection (Natural or propane gas, fuel oil etc...) Radon is an extra charge of $50 Combustion testing of gas appliances (Furnace, boiler etc...) CO detection for the heating system and the home Detailed report, delivered in 24 hour or less in PDF

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am required to get 24 hours of continuing ed every year. I average about 50 hours a year now, because the more education I have the better job I can do for my clients.

    Look for a licensed inspector that is fully insured. Call them up and ask a lot of questions about their creditably
