We newly discovered we must have flood insurance. Our insurance agent recommended Craig to do our appraisal, which you really need before purchasing flood insurance. He really helped us out in a tight spot. He did everything timely and worked with my schedule on completing the apprasial. I would recommend Craig to anyone who needs an appraisal done quickly and efficiently at a good price as well.
