I use my life experience and coach training to help clients move forward and change. I am very intuitive and encourage clients to reach their highest level of greatness. I'm not just a coach by name. I'm a professional coach, certified by the ICF as an ACC. I received training from one of the top ICF approved coaching schools where I graduated from Coach U's CEP program. Witnessing clients become the amazing people that they are supposed to be. I get to play a part in life changing miracles! It is an honor.

Below is a general overview of how the coaching process works at Mixed Media Life: *Start by scheduling a complimentary intro coaching session *Coaching Welcome Package (Coaching Agreement, Data Form and Questionnaire) *Weekly life coaching sessions via telephone (In-person sessions available for local clients) *Helpful life coaching tools (Affirmations, Assessments, Mantras are some examples) *Email correspondence and brief telephone calls as needed *Awareness, personal discovery, growth and change!
