Francisco didn't give me the lowest bid but I felt the most comfortable with him. The original estimate was low and the price ended up going higher but I also saw how much work really needed to be done. Francisco power washed all the areas needing painting and then came back and did all the sanding necessary. He assisted in choosing the correct paint and then finished the job. I was very satisfied with the work he did and would recommend him to others. Joe Moris
