- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial free of charge meet and greet to discuss the owners specific requirements and to meet the pets that would be under my charge. It is essential that there is a mutual trust and respect built up during the initial meeting. Full details need to be taken for care together with feeding, routines, Vet Information as well as detailed hurricane plan as we live in Florida.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to Pet Sitters International an organization that keeps us abreast of changes of thinking. They offer an ongoing continuing education program.
