- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are all listed on my website. I want people to be able to find out if they can afford me easily. Packages can then be tailored to anyone's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call or email to make sure the date is available. Then, we set up an in person meeting for the bride and groom to come in and see some large prints and albums. The client then pays the deposit and we go over the contract. After the contract is signed, then we schedule the other shoots if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spend thousands of dollars every year on education. I attend a large conference or class every year and several classes throughout the year. I am always striving to learn more.
