- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Therapy is really the process of understanding our responses to the thoughts and feelings that show up. We don't have control over that internal activity, only in how we respond to those thoughts and feelings. Unfortunately, many of us learn poor responses, which cause anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts or other serious problems. Good therapy helps you to become less sensitive and less influenced by your internal world and more capable of living a rich and satisfying life.
