FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I usually provide home staging services for vacant homes. I work with home owners, realtors and investors. The typical home staging is furnishing the living, dining and master bedroom and accessorizing the kitchen and all baths. These are generally the key rooms that home buyers are interested in, and creating a visual for them is penultimate so they can imagine themselves living there. I use furnishings and accessories that are best suited for that home (luxury, transitional, condo/uptown, mid century, etc) as well as knowledge of the target demographic.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Home staging has many rewarding effects. None negative that I've seen yet. It's like giving your home's interior some curbside appeal. It's a small investment in the beginning that will pay off for you in the end. Also: Please give us as much info as possible when requesting a quote. Do you need all rooms staged or just the master, living, dining, kitchen and baths? Also a realistic deadline is great too. It takes a day or two to pull together inventory and a crew, and during the busy season it may be a week out before we can schedule you in, but we always try our best!
