I have been working with Properties Plus for over 5 years and my experience has been extremely positive from day 1. Everyone Ive talked to has been professional, responsive, and super easy to work with. I owned a condo that was rented to various tenants over a 5 year period. Properties Plus carefully screens tenants, rent checks are direct-deposited and always on time, I was always notified of any requested repair and our condo never went without a tenantPP is excellent at finding renters. Additionally, I purchased several different appliances and had my tile and carpet replaced during the time I was renting the unit and PP helped coordinate all of those purchases and installation / delivery times. They also have an online portal for owners, which is great for keeping track of owner statements and deposit receipts. When it came time to sell my condo, Lenny Maiocco listed our unit and I had an offer on it in about 24 hours. It was incredible! I, literally, had to do nothing; Lenny took care of everything and I closed on my condo exactly 30 days after it was listed. Lenny was wonderful to work with; he made the process so incredibly painless. I would absolutely recommend PP for both property management and listing or buying a property, and I will definitely use him again for any future property needs. Fantastic, long-term experience with Properties Plus!!

My wife and I recently sold our rental property, but for the past five years we rented it using Properties Plus for management services. We were never interested in being landlords, we just ended up with an extra condo after we got married. We wanted a property management company to basically do everything for us, and Properties Plus delivered. They took care of all of the minutiae involved in being a landlord: advertising, showing the place to potential tenants, screening tenants, collecting rent, scheduling maintenance--I hardly had to do anything except respond to their calls when they needed my approval for a maintenance request. Every month they direct-deposited the rent checks and sent me a detailed summary of the month's financial activity. At the end of the year they sent a yearly summary and all of the forms that I needed for tax purposes. All of this was available on an online portal in addition to email. Properties Plus worked hard to make sure things went smoothly, and when things were going smoothly, I hardly even thought about the rental property. But I bet a lot of property management companies do that. The reason that I highly recommend Properties Plus is because of the way they handled a situation a few years ago with a tenant that just wasn't working out. She was not happy with the property (not Property Plus's fault) and she was trying all sorts of legal chicanery to get out of her lease. I wouldn't have known what to do without Properties Plus. They basically handled everything, and within a month, her complaints with the property were fixed (at a substantially lower cost than I was expecting), she got a satisfactory resolution and left the property, and a new tenant began renting the place. Without Properties Plus, this would have been a nightmare. With Properties Plus, it was taken care of, nearly seamlessly from my perspective. I would definitely recommend Properties Plus.

Lenny and hls staff at Properties Plus, have managed our property for now several years. Being out of town, we rely on them for tenant recruitment, rent collection, any maintenance, emergency and preventive inspections. They were always concerned about how the Job was accomplishes when handling the repairs on the leaks coming from the apartment above ours. They were not only concerned, but present in all the phases of the job, inspections, handling of the association, contractor and repair procedures. They would take no slack and were there on time and made sure the job was handled properly. I could go on. I must tell you that they really take care of the headhaches i had with other management companies. What a peace of mind. The tenant is happy and so we are. As a client of Property Plus for over 4 years I have had a very positive experience. Everyone that I deal with has been very professional and responsive to my needs. Their screening process is very thorough and the rent checks are deposited directly into my account each month. I also like their online owner portal which has been quite handy as I own multiple units that they manage. A definite positive recommendation!
