Introduction: We respond 24/7 with tools to tenant emergencies and fix most tenant problems on the spot with NO additional charges to the landlord (i.e. included in our general management fee). Since we are a small company we will manage our client's property their way creating reports to our clients orders, etc. We usually deposit the tenant checks directly into our clients bank checking accounts and send invoices later requesting our fees instead of depositing the rents received for clients first and subtracting the fees due before forwarding the rents collected. BIG DIFFERENCE!!! Solving my clients and tenants problems in as professional a way as possible.

Bob has been my property manager for three years. He always keeps me informed and does a great job. I cannot imagine having anyone other than Robert as our property manager. He is incredibly responsive to both us, as owners and to the tenants. He consistently goes above and beyond the typical property manager scope of work; taking care of your home and your tenants like they were his own. I cannot recommend Robert strongly enough. He has taken a significant anxiety out of the landlord/tenant process and I cannot imagine a better property manager.
