- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An appointment is scheduled. Once the tech arrives they will provide an assessment and of the work and give you an estimate. If you are satisfied with the price the job is performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service technicians are trained and go through training every year. We are licensed by the Carpet & Rug Institute which requires constant hours of classroom training to keep the certification. It's important because we pride ourselves in being experts in carpet care, stain removal, textiles and fabric care.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential & commercial clients.
