- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is definetely negotiable. I offer discounts for multiple sessions purchased in a bundle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to get to know what specifically they are looking to achieve during the session/sessions, goals with their yoga practice that I can help them achieve. I also like to be informed of any injuries current or past that I can aid in strengthening or tailor the practice to ensure safety. I design a personalized yoga sequence based o the customers goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in three different styles of power yoga. Hot Power Fusion, which caters to restoring the body and rebuilding from past injuries. Yoga Sculpt which is a yoga sequence with weights, and Vinyasa style yoga. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. I currently teach group classes at a studio.
