- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like to think that I didn't pick digital marketing, digital marketing picked me. I actually started a company thinking it was going to be the next LinkedIn. Later it morphed into a digital marketing firm. The rest is history. I truly believe everything happens for a reason and that happen for a reason. I truly love what I do. It makes every day a blessing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
In most situations I start working with a client because they don't know what they don't know. They might have tried a few marketing channels in the past with poor results. In other scenarios the clients I work on would rather focus on the business and their roles, instead of spending a large amount of time learning a number of new skills. They would rather work with a professional to handle their marketing efforts.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's not as easy as, "this is what I need, now go make it happen." There is a lot of work to marketing. Although, it might seem simple, it is quite time consuming and complex. It takes time. In most cases, a good plan can take upwards to a year to see real results. However, if you go about your marketing the right way and strategically it will pay dividends for years to come.
