- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common photography package comes with all day wedding coverage and 2 photographers. Our most common video package comes with 2 photographers, a videographer and all day coverage. It is important to have two perspectives of the day and therefore we recommend these packages to help capture that. All day means we come in two hours prior to the ceremony to capture the getting ready portion of the day and then we stay on through the grand exit at the end of the night. For our clients, this is a once in a lifetime day and we know the importance of capturing every memory to the tee. We specialize in Weddings and therefore, we come prepared and ready for any scenario.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Q. How much time will I get you on my wedding day? A. Some Photographers will provide a set number of hours they will be on site for your wedding based on the package you buy. More money, more hours. FamZing has the belief that we should be there as long as it takes. Its the one day where the world truly revolves around you. Its hard to put a number of hours on that day. Its hard to tell your client that they have you for X hours. Now the bride has to stress and rush, also creating a sense of urgency. Why would we want to take the chance of missing an amazing moment that can be captured and shared? Q. What is the rate after the time allotted? A. Some Photogs will charge an hourly fee after the time allotted. This may or may not work for you. Its important to find out what that fee is, and always make sure your photographer communicates with you before they leave. This way, you have the option to spend the extra money if you choose to. FamZing does not charge extra since we truly provide all-day coverage.
