- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my Masters of Science in Accountancy as well as my QuickBooks Pro Advisor Advanced Certification. My team has a wide range of experience and knowledge in all industries. Additionally, we attend numerous training seminars and courses to keep up-to-date on processes, legislature, and programs available. It is very important that professionals continue to learn as much as possible in order to provide improved services and keep up with changes in technology. A good education is vital in our current economic conditions.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish clients knew that it is much better to take the time and effort on the front end than to suffer from inaccurate information later. I provide a valuable asset if they would just utilize my services to their full potential. Hindsight is often 20/20 and I would love to find a way to get this point accross before the client is already facing consequences from their mistakes.
