- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our services based on complexity and time required. Most services for equipment carried in to our store are billed at $60/hr, most services average 1-2hrs. On-site services at the customer's location are billed at $80/hr, or lower if a contract rate is negotiated. Remote services (through Internet), are billed at $30 per 1/2 hr, in 1/4hr increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask customers to bring the computer to our shop at a mutually convenient scheduled time and allocating at least 30 minutes to troubleshoot while they wait, then explain the planned solution, options, and cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We subscribe to major training providers and receive training on new products and services by the major computer and components manufacturers.
