Rachel Laura Yoga

Introduction: Born and raised in Miami Beach, Rachel has always had a serious case of wanderlust. Throughout her journeys around the world, Rachel’s mat has accompanied her, as has her love of sharing yoga with others. From Israel to Alaska, she has taught and practiced yoga everywhere she has been. Rachel completed her first yoga certification through YogaFit in 2007. She then completed her RYT-200 certification in August of 2012 in both hot power yoga and gentle therapeutics yoga. Rachel’s classes combine the strength and athletics of a power class and the grace and surrender of yoga therapeutics. Rachel is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law where she is received a J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation. When she's not sweating her asana off on the mat, she practices in the area of criminal litigation.
