- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our photography for properties is based on the number of photos we are to deliver. If it's for social events (weddings and birthdays), we charge by the hour. Our video is almost always charged by the hour due to how often the time varies. Most of the work we do is customized precisely to what our clients need, so that sometimes means having to know a lot of the details up front (or at the very least, discussing the options).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly do research, attend workshops, and have a voice in the photography/videography community to learn from others and promote what we have succeeded in doing. Staying in the loop and keeping up with the latest trends allows us to better understand what customers are looking for and also allows us to continue to develop our products.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We had the technical experience necessary to do all the work we do, and we saw an opening in the market for photographers and videographers that could bring excellent products without having the customer pay an arm and a leg. That was our motivation in starting the business, wanting to make quality available to those who were previously unable or unwilling to pay for it.
