I have been training with Steve now for the last few years. He gives 110% to all of his clients. He truly wants you to succeed in your fitness goals. The workouts he gives you are Tailor made for you and your particular body type. Sure you dont need a trainer just to exercise but if you want results beyond your expectations call Steve. He took this late 50s female beyond just healthy to the point where I was able to compete in shows with other women in the categories of fit, figure and body building. I consider Steve not just my trainer but also my friend.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Will you really get Personal Training?? Most Fitness studios will have a variety of trainers training you...never consistent. I have been training individuals for over 10 years at the same place...my own studio, very stable and very reliable!
