Thomas is an excellent martial arts teacher. It is clear that his knowledge and wisdom of the practice runs very deep when it comes through in his teachings. His ability to understand body placement and dynamics is superior.

Thomas was very hands-on and patient with his students. We got useful tips that helped us practice at home. Considering the price, I think we got lot more attention and a better quality lesson than some other instructors out there, especially in NYC.
