I have been using professional assistance for all my legal paperwork for the past 20 years. They efficiently dissolved my marriage in 1994 and helped file a chapter 7 during a terrible period of my life. I continue to use them for all matters. They help with paperwork for most matters.. Very affordable service with lots of experience and not charging those ridiculous attorney fees. Evertrhing goes to court for filing and finalization.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially provide a free consultation for which there is no customer obligation. We assess the appropriate legal document preparation for the customer and inform of our fees and court fees necessary to file said legal document. If the customer agrees to the process and fees, we start the legal document preparation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Members of Professional Assistance are fully trained in legal document preparation, processing and family mediation and have been successfully providing service to Broward County residents for the past 25 years from the same location--Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, FL.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
