I've worked with Chrissy on 2 different food challenges through our local Crossfit gym. The experience gave me a wealth of knowledge about how my nutrition could affect my health and athletic strength. She was very responsive through e-mail, text and phone calls to check on my progress and answer any questions I had. I would definitely work with her in the future.

I needed to make some changes in my nutrition, and I found Chrissy's knowledge specific to my as an athlete and someone who has failed diets in the past. Her explanation was specific, easy to incorporate, and practical. If your looking to learn some healthy lifestyle changes, and not sure where to start, Chrissy would be the one to call.

Chrissy spent numerous meetings, emails, and texts with me to develop a plan to help with my decades long intestinal challenges. She was thorough and extremely knowledgable. I went from daily stomach/intestinal pain, nausea, headaches to maybe once every two weeks which are generally related to dietary indiscretions. I am very grateful to be feeling healthier as well as having the knowledge to keep myself this way.

Chrissy has educated me with regards to nutrition. I am sorry to say I was unaware of the effects the food I was eating was having on my body. Chrissy took the time to learn my goals and what was important to me. She helped me learn about the importance of whole food and supplements. She provided recipes, tips and guidance and continues to do so. She recommends books and websites that are helpful as well. I have seen and felt many changes as a result of her guidance and coaching. I would highly recommend Chrissy to anyone looking to make positive changes.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I decided to get into this line of work because I experienced YEARS of digestive problems, anxiety, sleep issues and skin rashes. After years of being vegetarian (because I thought that was healthy for me) I was led down the path of becoming a nutritionist via Bauman College in Berkeley. I learned an extensive amount about nutrition from a clinical approach and how it truly affects our long term health and wellness. At first I did this for me and quickly realized I could help so many others find the right nutrition path for them to continue as part of a lifestyle and not just a fad "diet".
