- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into this line of work because I experienced YEARS of digestive problems, anxiety, sleep issues and skin rashes. After years of being vegetarian (because I thought that was healthy for me) I was led down the path of becoming a nutritionist via Bauman College in Berkeley. I learned an extensive amount about nutrition from a clinical approach and how it truly affects our long term health and wellness. At first I did this for me and quickly realized I could help so many others find the right nutrition path for them to continue as part of a lifestyle and not just a fad "diet".
