- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give estimates and our estimate sheet breaks down the cost of each service for you, so you can pick and choose what you would like done for the price you can afford. It is also broken down by how often you choose to have the services done, obviously weekly clients get a better rate than monthly clients... etc etc. Depending on what all you want done, we offer Basic Cleaning Services and Very Detailed Cleaning Services, all priced the same, the basic just doesnt include all the detailed does.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always go to seminars held in the Central Ohio area, I also have a membership for the the latest things to offer our clients via webinar. I keep up to date on all the products other companies are using and making sure our price is competitive! I am a member of a few local small business groups and always looking into new developments that are affordable and will benefit my customers!!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I created The Task Tacklers to help residential clients and small business owners the opportunity to hire us to do errands, organizational services, cleaning and other odd jobs that you never had time to get to or couldnt find the motivation to do them. However, there was definately a high demand for cleaning services. Although we still offer many types of services to our clients, we mainly focus on cleaning/janitorial services to simplify the business paperwork.
