Introduction: I was the Regional Culinary Director of 14 bonefish grills before turning down the position of National Culinary Director position of over 100 restaurants for the opportunity to move up as the managing partner of one of the flag ship stores. Then became the general manager of the Morton's Steakhouse. After many years in the business, I decided to be around my children more. I moved into a 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. sales job but the draw of being in the kitchens brings me back. I was the lead of over 100 catering off-site jobs over the last 5 years and have won numerous awards with my previous companies for the dishes we put out.
