FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am always studying marriage law, different types of ceremonies, vows, covenants and themes that can be used. Studying the Bible on marriage and scriptures for couples who want a more religious ceremony. I am willing to learn anything I can to make my couples wedding day as special as they dreamed it to be.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in the wedding business as a wedding planner/coordinator, a custom gown and special occasion dresses seamstress for over 27 years. During that time, several of my brides did not have anyone to perform their ceremony and I always wanted to be the one to marry the couples, so I became an Ordained Minister so that I could make the dream a reality.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I help them with wedding planning/coordinating, ceremony ideas, wedding vows, marriage license, martial counseling, perform their wedding ceremony and mailing the marriage license back to the county clerk's office after the ceremony and following up with the office a few days later to ensure the marriage has been recorded. Calling the couple to let them know that the everything has been completed and verified.
