What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually strive to keep up with the latest techniques and programs that are offered by our associations and associates as well. Continuing education is a part of the process that helps even those of us who have been in the business for a while, grow and share our knowledge with other instructors throughout our community.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework. Only hire licensed professionals that are insured by there accredited agency. Having certification at the highest level means that they have been in the business for over 10 years and that they have several millions of dollars of insurance coverage. A pretty good plus when it comes to your next tennis professional.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
our profession requires that instructors be certified by an accredited organization to ensure proficiency in their craft and provide insurance for their customers protection. Insist that you instructor is certified and fully insured.
