Introduction: I have been in the home health aid business for ten years, working for many companies. One day I said to myself, "I could be doing this on my own," and so I did. I am on my own and doing it myself. I am there for those who need light housecleaning and assistance and to the one who needs a little help. I cook meals, do laundry, go shopping, take or go to doctor's appointment, or give showers.
