My working experiences give me: - discipline, order and accurancy (5 years in Honor unit in SAF) - pation, strength and determination (3 years in infentry) - good motivator with fighting spirit (functional workouts in 1on1 sports company, member of SAF basketball team) - organization skills (team leader, squad commander) I have always been a team player and l am also aware that the chain is so strong as its weakest link, so I m always hungry to mantain and improve my personality, knowledge and condition. I m high motivated to share my experiences and knowledge to improve qualitiy of life as many people as possible, to lift physical condition of clients or improve their sports performance.

I am very excited to have found Aleksander and absolutely satisfied with his personal training services! I have had eight sessions with Aleksander so far, and am not planning to quit any time soon! He's incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He started out his training with a detailed assessment questionnaire and measurements and adjusted the workout levels based on my physical state and desired results (my main priority was muscle toning and not weight loss since I am 5'7" and 127 lbs.). He's very punctual, energetic, always in a great mood, and very attentive. You really feel that you have a personal helper and a new friend in your life. Every workout is followed with a written review composed in a form of a story. In addition, he sends out healthy food ideas and recipes. His best advantage is variety. No workout is ever the same (except for the warm ups and stretching at the end, which he also changes around from time to time). Most importantly, I saw results: my strength, flexibility, and physical form improved drastically. I would highly recommend Aleksander as a personal trainer to anyone.

Alek is Awesome!!!! I spent 6 years in the Marines and never thought I would hire a personal trainer. After I sustained a serious knee injury I stopped working out and started gaining weight. Five years later my weight, lack of exercise, and poor eating habits all contribute to having hypertension and being a borderline diabetic. At our first meeting Alek conducted a full health analysis and most importantly asked me about my goals. Alek then developed a workout program specifically for me that addressed my hypertension and weak knees. He also provided me with a healthy diet plan and grocery list. It has only been two weeks and I have dropped 10Lbs, reduced my body fat by 5%, and my blood pressure is entering the “normal zone”. Alek strongly believes in making the mind-body connection so every work out is maximized. If you are serious about wanting to change your life give Alek a call!

I had couple of sessions with Aleksander and he was really great. This was my first time working with a trainer and I am glad that I got the opportunity to work with him. He was very flexible with my needs and he devised an exercise plan that fitted nicely with my work schedule. He was very accommodating if I had to reschedule an appointment. His exercise plan centered around whole body workout with special focus on improving flexibility and strength. He even gave me great advice on nutrition. I was very happy with the results and I still continue to use his workout plan. He is a genuinely nice person and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

I enjoy the different exercise routines. The way he explains nutrition. I also like the focus on doing exercises properly so that there isn't extensive repetition.

    ...education is every day on schedule an hour or two, its a continuing process of a lifetime...

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My lifestyle was and is always about sport and to help others to improve their physical preparation or to help them to improve qualitiy of life and feel live and young again, to see their happines and that feeling when they tell you Thank you is the best feeling ever. It is a beautifull job but it is still a job.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I am proud that my work is my passion, l was a member of national basketball team of Slovenian Armed Forces, l have been taking care for physical preparation of soldiers and was helping them to get and stay in shape for the most challenges missions. Member of Honor Unit of Slovenian armed forces. Helping to improve peoples lives more than 10 years. Proud to be a sportsman.
