Sam is an inspiration to many of us, and is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. He pushes, but in a nurturing way. Here's an example of one of the many ways Sam has helped me in our seven years of working together: In 2008 I had major spinal surgery that required months of recovery. I am stronger now than before my back surgery, much of which is due to Sam's support throughout. When we trained after my surgery he was assiduous in attending to what worked and what didn't with respect to my condition. Sam does not take a one-size-fits-all approach to training. His years of experience as a trainer guide him to the right approach for each individual, fine-tuning as training continues and the client grows stronger. Sam has turned training from a chore into something I look forward to several times a week. He has catalyzed a change in all health-related aspects of my life, from weight-lifting to cardio, stretching, and diet.
