- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon our first session, I spend about 30 minutes chatting with my client about his or her goals, lifestyle, overall health, experience, etc. This is to ensure that we are both on the same page about what the client hopes to achieve and so that I can create a program best tailored to their needs. We will then take a starting round of measurements. This includes weight, body composition, and inches. We then discuss when our next check-in will be and what goals to shoot for. The second half of the appointment is a workout. During the total body circuit, I will be assessing posture, balance, range of motion, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. This will help me put together the most effective and efficient program for the client.
