- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the length of the event, how many attendees, and the type of event requested. A family party is certainly much less expensive than a corporate event. Santa visits on Christmas eve or day are premium. Pricing starts at $50
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know details of where the event will occur. Any special needs or circumstances, as well as the location of the presents I may be bringing. We discuss all of this by phone, or better, by email. On the day of the visit, as I am enroute, I send a text to the primary cell phone that gives a tracking link. The host can see exactly where Santa is located, and how soon he will arrive. This allows the host to fine tune the arrival in case of delayed guests, or the meal is not yet finished etc. I am the only Santa known to do so!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background check conducted through a national youth serving organization, that clears me to work with youth. I have been performing unscripted, in front of a live audience, since 1982. I have been trained to work with those with special needs through multiple programs and organizations, including the National Ability Center. My studies include courses in Experiential Education, Special Needs, Adaptive Sports, Recreation, Leadership, and more.
