- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard hourly fee is $350.00. We cannot always give an exact estimate as to what any particular service will cost. We do provide some flat-fee services for simple estate planning, real estate closings, and some court appearances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will arrange for an initial consultation to discuss your needs and/or issues. In most cases, this meeting is complimentary, so you can get to know us before you retain our services. During this meeting, we will discuss what legal services you need, how we can best meet those goals, and payment for our services.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our clients have a problem, or a set of problems, that they need help solving. We focus on issues most common to individuals and small business. We love helping our clients resolve whatever issues they are facing.
