Sean came out and gave me an estimate for a small roof repair on February 4th, 2015. The total cost of the job was to be $600. I paid him a $300 deposit so he could purchase materials. The job was to begin on February 7th. He called me on February 6th to let me know the material wasn't coming in on time, and he would start in a few days. It's now March 9, and after a month of no progress on the roof, I finally requested my deposit back. When I requested the deposit, Sean began to yell and swear at me on the phone, telling me I was out of line for asking to be refunded. He eventually agreed to pay it back and told me he'd have it to me by March 6. When I tried to contact him on March 6, he didn't answer his phone. I reached out again on March 7, and again no answer. I finally got in touch with him on March 9, and he toldm me he couldn't pay me back. Now I'm forced to take the matter to small claims court. Do NOT use this company. Learn from my mistake. They are dishonest and unprofessional and I'll be filing a formal complaint with the Department of Labor and Industry.
