Sarah is thoughtful and intentional in how she guides a yoga class. She has the natural ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment while encouraging me to explore outside my comfort zone. I continue to recommend Sarah's yoga classes to my family, friends, and coworkers.

Sarah's great, I've taken private classes with her and she's the best yoga teacher I've had so far; fun, knowledgeable and professional. I've had some injuries to work around and she's been wonderful with that, she works in a PT clinic so that's probably why she has a greater understanding of body mechanics than most. Highly recommended
