Sarge was very professional every time I worked with him. I've had Sarge do work on numerous computers, cleaning them up and making them run faster. When they came back it was like they were new and improved. He also has vast knowledge of the inner workings of a computer and anytime I had a question he was able to answer it.

I had a lot of problems with my desktop computer. Steve was very helpful, cleaned it out and inserted more memory so that it ran more sufficiently. Fair pricing and very accommodating, I would definitely recommend his services to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25/hr flat rate plus cost of parts. If you live more than 10 miles from me and I have to travel to you and back more than once, I will charge an extra $3/mile PAST 10 miles.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am studying engineering now at Pitt, lots of current education.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I needed a computer so I had to fix an old one.
