Introduction: I will not teach to the test, rather I'll lead you on a journey to come up with your own answers as this is the best way to learn. This line of work provides me with day-in, day-out challenges unlike any other job that I know of. You have to keep not only learning, but reinventing what you do in order to keep up with the rest of the field. This is true not only for the research part of my job but the mentoring par as well. Each person that I mentor is different, with different needs and different ways they learn, so I have to adjust accordingly.
